Eh - good for him in that he's got enough Hollywood Capital to do projects he wants.

Shakespeare stuff is always tricky, either have to rework it and drop the dialogue (which is critical to his art) or wedge the dialogue in a modern setting and let it just be weird. Wish they would make more of them as period pieces.

This thread went downhill once the FOFs showed up.

I'm definitely seeing this Saturday afternoon at SXSW will dazzle you fools with tales of how great it was.

So this is what Agent Coulson does when he's not busy with S.H.I.E.L.D.

Yes it was and this trailer doesn't do much for me. Doing a Shakespeare film in a modern setting takes a very particular talent, Richard III with Ian McKellen from the mid 90's is another good example.

Gandalf's Richard III y Hannibal Lector's Titus are better.

    Titus? Really?

A bad movie based on a bad play, imo.

I'm curious - looks decent. I notice its got a few Whedon-alumni. Fred and Wesley (from Angel) and Mal (from Firefly).
