[Cinema] Control (Joy Division Biopic)

    It just opened at the Anjelica in downtown. Directed by Anton Corbijn who has done a ton of videos for the likes of Front 242, Depeche Mode, The Killers, Metalica, Nirvana, etc....

    Showed at the year's Cannes film fest. It supposed to be really good. Plus it has my celebrity crush Samantha Morton in it.

    BTW the Angelica has specials on Mondays for students. I think they get a discounted ticket plus free popcorn and a drink. In case some of you still have your Student ID's.

    ...one last bit of info. When Ian curtis died (lead vocalist for Joy Division) the remaining memeber formed the band we all know and love..... New Order.
