    I really like Aziz. Him paired with straight man Eisenberg should be hilarious.

    You all do realize the plot of the movie (as it appears in the trailer) about a pizza guy getting a bomb strapped onto his chest and is told to rob a bank actually happened in real life.


    Spoiler contains info on what happened to the guy.

    The pizza guy actually blew up when the police didn't believe his story as the bomb ended up being real

    ha, so I checked the IMDB, don't read it if you want to be surprised by the cast, and also skip the wikipeida page on it to, it spoiled a surprise cameo for me..... :(

    I know exactly where that happened. Drive by the place where the guy blew up at least once a week. Crazy story.

    The lady that was supposedly the mastermind of the whole thing just got sentenced to I think two life terms (based off the fact that she supposedly killed other people).

    I've read a lot about the story, and I can't wait until someone comes out with a book on it. It was truly one of the craziest criminal plots ever. Many tv crime episodes have been based off it.

    That being said, the movie should be awesome.

    His head didn't actually get blown off, either. It was his chest that exploded. And it was mostly a superficial wound. The jolt from the exlplosion is actually what killed him, probably not the explosion itself.

    I really doubt thats the ending of the movie, it said it's "loosely" based on the events, not exact, just like how Kevin Bacon isn't the one that discovered Olajuwon......

    Asari may have been the wrong choice based on the trailer, his acts looks awful. He does a solid job on Parks & Recreations though so I hope I'm wrong.

    I didn't read your Wiki link, but I thought from a news article I read back then that the cops were ultimately convinced, but they or their bomb squad just wouldn't defuse. I remember some quote from the cop like "it's not like in the movies, 'do I cut the blue wire or the red wire'. "

    In any case, it's an insane true story where all the principals were criminals, so no royalties, options or movie rights. Really can't see it not being made.
