I'd bump that thread from earlier this year about subbing Chuck in for Yao for defensive purposes, but no search available. It paid off this game -- both Battier and Hayes made a terrific defensive play on that possession.

Then you must be one of those sadomasochistic fans that likes to root for the team to rebuild, which normally would be fine by me, but you picked the exact wrong play to do it on. There was no disputing that play: the Rockets knew EXACTLY what Portland was going to run, had Chuck out in front of that by a mile, and the slight hesitation Roy performed once he realized he was screwed allowed Battier enough time to swat that ball cleanly. Now's not the time to be hatin', but even if you have to as some people just don't know how to stop, you are still entirely wrong on this one.
