Well at least DaimlerChrysler is doing something about there bottom line.. I'm glad that Ford recently made a trip to Japan to talk with their big wigs and talk about licensing some of there newer technologies... Now common Chevy and Dodge do something radical and get peoples confidence back... I didnt know that Ford's hybrid technology like the one in there Escape was basically a that of toyota's or a version of it. Chrysler Chief Executive Tom LaSorda signed the preliminary deal with Chery representatives several weeks ago, Chrysler spokesman Kevin Vines said. The deal must still be approved by the DaimlerChrysler (up $0.20 to $61.99, Charts) supervisory board, which meets next in January, and the Chinese government, Vines said.
