    sounds good for team chemistry...

sorry if this was posted earlier, haven't seen it.

    Super fun for team

For years, if the Rockets were on the road on Super Bowl Sunday, Rockets trainer Keith Jones put together watch parties only to have a few players make brief appearances. This season, Jones said most of the team attended from start to finish, and he did not think it was just because the game was close.

"That's typical of this team," Jones said. "We have good chemistry with the guys. The game happened to be good, but I think the guys just all get together and hang out."

Rafer Alston said that most of the team, with the exception of Shane Battier and broadcaster Bill Worrell, pulled for the Giants, who won 17-14 to end New England's bid for an unbeaten season, but that New Yorkers Mike James and security director Butch Grant were particularly "obnoxious."

"It was good to get together and watch the Super Bowl," said Alston, who is a New Yorker but a Cowboys fan. "I enjoyed myself. This group, we love being around each other. We have a lot of laughter, a lot of practical jokes we play on each other."

Looks liek these guys have a discipline problem . . .

    Talking trash and being obnoxious . . . .

They needed to be worrying about the T-Wolves and not watching the Superbowl . . .

PRACTICAL JOKES?!?!?!?!?!?! That's a serious no no.

    WTF?!?!?!?!?!?!

    When is the deadline?

Steve is also a cowgirls fan despite being from the DC area.

a lot of our kids will grow up to be Texans fans.

Dr of Dunk was a fan of the Expansion New York Giants, and Expansion Detroit Lions.

The more glaring part is that they are fans of their hometown rival.

Steve being from DC would be a Redskins fan, and Rafer being from New York would be a Giants fan.

Super Bowl parties are nice? But I don't see Adelman taking the team to matinees or Vegas.

You can tell that this team really gets along. I don't watch a lot of NBA these days other than Rockets games (thank you David Stern and referees), but are there many other benches that act the way ours does?

yeah, but nobody from the East Coast (Steve Francis etc) would be a Texans fans (sorry to diss on your Texans) because they get zero national airplay.

The Cowboys are in the NFC EAST and that's why they have some fans there (they play the East Coast Teams), plus they have won some Super Bowls.

but those days are done, they will not win anything anytime soon. Cowboys hitched their wagon to a short side armed qb who will not get it done.

Those guys probably grew up when Cowboys and Bills were at it in the early 90s.
