VH1 has Macrena as it number 1 one-hit-wonder of all-time because of some insane amount of time spent on the bill board charts.

Pretty much any song in which Mick let Keith Richards sing lead. Worst idea in rock and roll history.

5 and 15 are the only ones i don't like on that list. and some i like quite a bit. yeah, that's right, i said it, wanna fight about it? and i'm guessing there were more than 2 annoying songs before about 1995.

Almost every single one of these songs was a HUGE hit. If they're so "annoying" then how come they sold gajillions of copies?

I don't find the Spice Girls annoying. You know what I find annoying? Whiny overly intellectual music snobs (so I guess James Blunt can stay). My list would be filled with a lot of Coldplay, Radiohead, Snow Patrol, The Fray, etc. I'll listen to Baha Men all day long before I listen to "How To Save A Life". Blech!

Because nobody cares about a list with Spin Doctors B sides and post 1989 Debbie Gibson songs...

It's called the pre-teen crowd. That's why that crap sold. Oh, that and the fact that the radio stations and Mtv constanty forced it down our throats. It was impossible not to hear Macarena. I remember a radio station in Conn. that played it something like 1,000 times a week. That's not good for your health.

Just because it's played on the radio doesn't make it good. Have you not heard of the "payola" scam?

    That list is spot on.
