What did they offer him, the lle?

That's all they have left right? I mean theres a trade exception for 3 mil but that would mean the bulls would have to do a sign and trade. But wait I thought they denouced his bird rights so that only means LLE.

That would be awesome if we can get him for the LLE. I guess that's why the offered it now. They have nothing left to offer. So it's "sorry brad this is all we have but we really love you". I guarantee we won't get any better free agent big at that price. Please take it brad. pretty please

Interesting that we make an offer before sorting Scola's contract out. I figured it'd be the other way around.

Nah, I think they are just settling for B. Miller and going to wait for the trade deadline to see where they are at....smart, IMO.

How many times does Daryl have to say that Scola will be back?

The speculation on Clutchfans is F'ing ridiculous...

God I hope it's not a lot of money because we are just gonna set the market for Scola and Yao and all of the future FA who will think they are worth huge contracts.

I hope so I dont see him being worth any more in this stage of his career

but he wants a ring coming to houston right now may not get him that luckily for us the other teams he may have gone to cant afford to even give him the LLE

Should be a one year contract worth not that much. I think.

Whatever the offer is, it's not Jared Jeffries size contract.

I know, it is becoming ridiculous.

Brad Miller? That means Scola is gone

Kyle Lowry resigned? That means Brooks will be traded

Patrick Patterson drafted? Chuck Hayes and Jordan Hill are gone

This has no bearing on the Scola contract. Les has said he's willing to pay luxury tax this season and that's where the Rockets will be, over the LT threshold.

We should still have our MLE. Re-signing our RFA shouldn't cut into the MLE. Thank God they're going after Miller.. Jordan Hill is a PF, not a C.

Rockets have the choice to match any NBA offer but if a return to Europe is truly an option Morey can't stop that.

That's what I thought. We can cut into the MLE and give Miller a little more than the minimum.

Scola will be back book it. This guy too valuable to the team and his play is what this team is about, never give up attitude.
