So...yeah. In a perfect world, Houston protests and the MIA-ATL logic comes into play. Will Houston be allowed to replay those 3 minutes, again?

I don't we should even waste time on this. Take the loss, and continue playing this season.

Shoot I wish we could replay both LA games. Revenge of Brewer and Lou. Why do we always seem to make Austin rivers look like a star?

Just take the medicine and learn from this bs

The NBA needs to replay those 3 minutes. It sets a bad precedent when you allow a player to play in a game that isn't supposed to be on the court, no matter what the reason. I don't know how they do it, or what other parameters they set around those last 3 minutes played, but if they let the Refs get away with such a huge mistake, credibility takes a HUGE blow with no integrity in sight. That BS about it's not reviewable is a joke.

If the Clips can win that 3 minutes against us again, so be it. But the way it happened should have never been allowed!

We need Luc back.... we lost because of bad defense not because of the Refs

I remember one - two? seasons ago the refs had completely and blatantly ripped off the Kings in the last seconds of a game, but even then the game wasn't repeated.
The Lakers though? sure. Preferential treatment as always.

We can call it even NBA if you will just enforce fouls properly in the future when Harden drives to the basket, is fouled and is shooting. Thanks.

Stop "over correcting" on the "Harden Rule" on Harden.

the key is for morey to also highlight the other numerous biased calls and non-calls this officiating crew made all night. then within that context this itsy bitsy little honest mistake starts to look considerably different

Nothing will come of this, and nothing will change. NBA is not committed to improving officiating.

In 2008, the NBA upheld a protest when Shaquille O'Neal was incorrectly disqualified with six fouls when he actually had committed only five. The final 51.9 seconds of that game between Miami and Atlanta were replayed.

hmmmm, Scott Foster was a ref in our Clips game and was one of the Refs in that 2008 Miami game, too.

    Coincidence?

The mistake did not involve incorrect evaluation or understanding of the rules you say?

Last I checked the 'rules' stated fouls occur as a result of illegal personal contact with an opponent and/or unsportsmanlike behavior.

2 things Lou Williams did not do. So was the 'evaluation' incorrect? I want to hear the argument that the 'evaluation' of that 'rule' was correct.\

    go for it

For those of you that are saying it doesn't matter, and to move on.....that one game at the end of this season could be the difference between playing in the finals or losing on the road in the Western Conference Finals.

    IT'S A BIG DEAL!

Well if a guy who had fouled out was allowed to continue playing because the foul was assigned to the wrong player - they should replay the rest of the game from that point forward

The NBA has shown no interest in correcting mistakes like this.
