Either the board has been kind of slow or it gets pretty hectic around Christmas (that's when I started being more active)

Haven't seen this posted yet, thought it can get us juiced up for tonight's game. I am almost glad Martin is taking an extra game to heal, definitely want to try the same strategy on the Thunder.

I like these guys attitudes. They appreciate each other's roles on the team more than Clutchfans do - and they're rival players. :p

you would think both are competing to get each other's spots, but when they on the court they play with great attitude and they have great feel for each other.

Why? Because Brooks did for one night what Martin does almost every night?

Lets get Kevin Martin out of here..

Im not saying this because I think Brooks is the answer or whatever, but just because I really dislike the guy.

Hold on, AB didn't bait the refs into calling a foul... Zingah!

Sarcasm doesn't really translate over on the web...

how about a healthy brooks + kmart together! potential 50+ pts backcourt

lowry has been good playing with the bench

then maybe some dose of brooks and lowry during crutch time! ;)

Please, if we lose K-Mart, a dude who a few games ago scored 45 points on 17 shots, you guys will be screaming for a real offensive threat.

Nope, his shots will be distributed amongst other capable players who also play defense.

You mean putting up empty stats?

Oh wait ... Brooks actually lead the team to a win.

    ;)

I don't really care either way. Whatever is best for the team. I just dislike the way Martin plays, but that's just me.

The question also goes with AB+Lowry together. sooner or later teams will abuse the height disadvantage. I think AB+Lowry & AB+Kmart is equal in terms of teams putting up points on them. Overall team defense should be the key.

Martin is still a very important part of our game!
I see Battier & Scola moving to Denver with all of our picks.
    By next season...

    Small Forward..
    Anthony and Budinger
    Power Forward..
    Hill and Pita Pat
    Center..
    Yao and another :p

By that, you mean, he didn't show up in the 4th quarter? Sorry, more sarcasm for an already sarcastic board (but I love it).

    Kevin Martin
    Career
    44.8% from the field
    38.5% from three
    86% from the FT line
    1.495 points per shot
    14 shots per 36 minutes
    12 shots per game

    Aaron Brooks
    Career
    41.9% from the field
    37.8% from three
    84.6 from the FT line
    1.18 points per shot
    15.2 shots per 36 minutes
    11 shots per game

If I had to choose between distributing Martin's or Brooks' shots amongst other players that play a little defense, I don't want Martin's shots distributed amongst other players that play a little defense. I want Brooks shots distributed amongst other players that play a little defense. Until Brooks learns how to draw fouls and can get to the line as often as Martin, there is no comparison in their offensive efficiency.
