http://www.chron.com/disp/story.mpl/sports/bk/bkn/6640486.html and more... looks like Leslie is still high on Tracy.. Leebigeez is correct I guess.. . lock if posted.
As I see Leebigeez is always correct. But damn, Les LOVES McGrady. Hopefuly he will give his best this season, I am talking about Mac.
in fact, at least mcgrady is quite the opposite. he always says what's currently on his mind at the moment. often that's to his disadvantage but personally i love it. i want to hear what players really think and i also think it's a strength when they dare to do it despite all the criticism they might face for it.
Les is total class. He isn't going to act out with the media and use them to make news and communicate with his team.
OK fair enough, but you can't believe either one of them, they are so full of crap when they speak. DD
I'd be hoping and praying that my 23 million dollar investment would pay some big time dividends this year too. I'm sure Tracy feels that way as well. I don't want to hear about T-mac anymore, I just want to see him on the court.
Damn, forget how much fun it was to watch Bob Sura and that 05 playoff team. Say what you want about McGrady, but he does everything possible to win during the playoffs.
Well, I hope Les is full of crap on this one. McGrady is playoff kryptonite; Les can't be the only one who doesn't see it. Unless ticket and jersey sales blind him to what's going on. When I saw the, "Les adopts...", I didn't see the rest of the title, but my brain placed the words, "...Tracy McGrady" there, and sure enough, the info from the blog kind of goes in that direction. Hopefully it's all just smoke. Even if Tracy plays well this year, we're going nowhere with him in the future.
With 23 million dollars on the line it is understandable that LA would say what he did. But enough of McGrady already. He had so many chances here in Houston, never mind the crap that he did in Orlando, but he blew it. No matter how one slices and dices it, be an apologist, a fanatic or whatever, "It's on me" McGrady has not won a playoff series for the Rockets. The sooner this new season ends and the Rockets finally get rid of him the better for us Houstonians and NBA fans. Mr. Alexander I hear you, and like you, I can't wait to get rid of this Tmac trash too.
I think Les is being sincere in his comments. He likes Tracy McGrady, and he really wants him to succeed as a Rocket.
