Chris Bosh really, really wants your All-star vote

That was really funny. I'm kind of impressed.

 

I saw this on Sportscenter yesterday. He has a good sense of humor about it and is a good player as well. Well done.

 

Man did anybody else notice that he is naturally gifted in acting in front of a camera? Most famous athletes look like stiffs when acting in front of a camera, and most of the time all they are doing is just endorsing a product.

After watching it again this time, I actually noticed that he has a belly ...

 

I was really impressed with his hick accent. He's got it down.

I actually met Chris Bosh standing in line at the cashier's cage at Wynn Las Vegas this past summer. I was surprised when I saw that video. He was really quiet and reserved when I ran into him. Of course he wasn't all that excited to take a picture with a random guy (he was nice and thanked me when I wished him a good season next year), but he wasn't even that engaged when tons of hot chicks started coming up to him...

 

He's from Dallas.

I voted him but only because he is very good, well maybe the vid help a little bit, but maybe I would voted for him anyways

 

That video was enough to make me vote a few times too, lol.

 

I was waiting for him to yell: "p***y-cow....p***y-cow....p***y-cow!" (My LA folks while get that reference!)

I might him at All-Star weekend in Vegas at the Palms and he was really quiet also. He has one security with him and two friends. I got to talk to him for a bit and he was really cool.

 

Funny story, I'm in line at the cashier's cage at Wynn and look over and see a really tall and thin guy that looks familiar. it takes me a minute or so, but I finally decide it's Bosh. I go over to him "Hey man, what's your name?" His response: "Chris." Me: "Bosh?" Him: "Yeah man." Then I ask him if I can get a picture...which he agrees too. There is this short Arab guy in front of him in line that clearly has no idea who he is. I ask him if he will take a picture of us on my cell phone. The guy gets this really confused look on his face like "WTF is this large man and why don't I have a clue who he is?" Anyways, he takes the pic, I shake Chris Bosh's hand and say something to the effect of "hey man, thanks for the picture, I hope you have a good season next year." To which Bosh seems appreciative of, and he tells me thanks. After another minute or so, a floodgate of ridiculously HOT white women start coming up to bosh and hanging all over him, getting pics, etc. Bosh is still pretty quiet the whole time, pretty much treating them the same way he did me. One of these hot women even mentions bumping into Shane Battier earlier in the night and quoting him as saying something like "Can you HOOK A BROTHA UP!?" which is pretty funny considering Shane's rep as the highly educated Duke man....Anyways, the look on the Arab guy's face continually got more and more annoyed with each hot chick that came up to Bosh...almost to a point of pure frustration as he couldn't figure out who he hell he was.

On the flight home I sat next to a newlywed couple that stayed at Mandalay Bay and said that they saw LeBron shooting dice at the craps table in MB. This all went down during the Team USA mini camp this past summer.

I was actually in Vegas this past week for the holiday and I was telling my cousins some of my stories from All-Star weekend.

One of the funniest has to be Shaq and his bodyguards. I was playing Bonus Poker at the Palms and I see Shaq walking towards the elevator with a huge crowd behind. The funny thing is that he had 4 bodyguards and he was bigger than each of them. I turned to my friend and was like "What the hell can they do for him that he can't do for himself? He could probably beat up all four of them by himself."
