Not to derail the thread but this brings up an interesting question. NBA players party the night before (and drink alcohol) and then play in a professional basketball game the next day? It's hard for me the comprehend this because usually after partying I'm in no shape to play pick up ball with my friends much less play in a professional game at the highest level the next day. Is it because I'm simply not physically gifted as these super human professional athletes where this is possible for them? Regardless, how can anyone perform at their top form after partying away the night before? There's got to be a drop off. It seems like NBA players party in every city they go to. I always wondered how NBA players "party". Do you think they 'take it easy' with the alcohol with maybe just one or two drinks and then its off to the hotel room with some groupies having 3 or 4-somes on the regular?
