i'm in new york, but i have a connection in the nets sales department which hooks me up with court side seats, free / unlimited food and drinks, and vip passes to stay late and meet the players. all at an affordable rate (nets need fans badly!).

i'm a newly single guy again, and i'd like to take some dates to these games. who wouldn't enjoy vip treatment and amazing seats? i want the dates to be entertained during the game as well. there's the problem:

if i choose to see the best teams in the league it will be a blow out against the nets. mediocre teams may not have a superstar worth watching, though the game should be closely contested.

maybe a league leading team in fast breaks? dunks? alley-oops? (if i could find those stats). suggestions?

If I had a choice, I'd choose Celts, Cavs, Heat games if possible. If your date isn't into basketball, she should know about LeBron, Wade and maybe KG. Nets/Heat should also be competitive.

you never know how an nba game might turn out, so i'd go with the best competition. any given night, those teams lose or are played hard until the end. see wizards v. cavs last night.
