I suspect it has become a Tracy v Adelman issue. Check how the team is playing and thus, it seems to me, RA gets a new contract and McGrady goes to other pastures.

Trading Steve Francis was for the benifit of Yao- Why would he complain? Getting rid of Tracy means there wont be anyone to act as a playmaker for Yao's individual plays .( possibly this is what the management is hoping for and that Yao will go somewhere else)
I can almost guarantee the team is letting Yao know what they are doing with Tracy. That is just good management...nothing would happen with Tmac without Yao knowing, and understanding, and possibly even help driving.... Also, according to Rocket insiders, Yao has had enough of Tracy.... DD
