    Hey, I remember somebody on here posting a chili recipe that I tried out and it was absolutely great. The only things that I can remember for sure is that the ingredient included beef or venison, salt pork, and beer. I did a search but had no luck in finding it. So post your chili recipes, especially if it sounds like the one I am describing.

    The key to making really great chilli is to add some lard in while you are cooking. Put it in with 1st or 2nd dump.

    To be fair, whenever i do chili, i just do wick fowlers 5 alarm. Damn good recipe, and easy as hell.
