Hey, no one is claiming MJ. Here's what we are going to do though... we will hold a lottery of all the non-playoff teams, and the winner gets MJ. The same will occur if Dennis Rodman comes back, with the exception that whoever gets MJ is ineligible.
Cool beans. But why not just throw both players into the upcoming draft talent pool? I'd actually rather have Rodman on my team.
You think? I had told everyone all summer I was doing a lottery if he came back, and people seemed to agree. We don't have the typical rosters anyway, so I was planning on doing a lottery. Anyway, do you guys think he should go to the Wizards by default? Let me know, I'm open to it.
Hell no, he shouldn't go to the Wizards automatically. This is a fantasy league. It's not like DEAN controls the real Washington Wizards. If Kareem-Abdul Jabbar suddenly decided to come out of retirement to play for LA, I wouldn't expect to get him on my team by default.
Really? If you're serious I'll take your word for it, and award MJ to you. I didn't think I said that, but if I did, then I'm definitely not going to go back on it. This would eliminate a lot of controversy anyway, and make it a very clear solution.
I'm currently searching the history for it. It will surface even if I have to check every single thread.
Cat, remember when I asked how I would have him if he came back and you said that you unlock Mj when you beat him in 1 on 1, you then joked how you easily do that with Stevie. Then there were the other times where I just kept on talking about the Wizards will have Bark and Mj, well being half right wouldn't be that bad. Found one of the threads with mj inclination
I think Dean should get him back, actually. The league began with everyone having the players on the teams they picked. I don't think anything has changed now, except that Dean has lucked out.
