Anyone know if they build good homes? They're building new homes in the area (Klein) I want to move in. The schools are good and the house plans are decent ($200k ish).

What do you mean by "good homes"? Like Rocket Rive....errr....studogg said, it's Lennar's incarnate. If that's what you're looking for, great. If not, then you might want to go in a different direction (David Weekley, Trendmaker, etc).

Already searched David Weekly and Trendmaker. They don't have any new homes being built in the location I want to live in. Do you have any other home builders you would recommend?

Looking for a new home because I want a home with 5+ rooms and 3+ baths....

When you find a house you like, let me know. I am a home inspector and I can tell you if it's built well.
