Easy 3FG. I read about your loss. But life goes on. He's not being insensitive to you or anyone's loved ones, just passing a light hearted bit of info to take people's mind off of stuff.
I think You reacting a little too harshly . This has been a great tragedy and every post in the past 36 hours has been on the subject .
Perhaps my reaction was a bit harsh and if so I apologize, but it just seemed like something very trivial in light of all the agony that some of us are going through. I see and appreciate the need for some sort of lightheartedness in this time, but for some reason that post really turned me off. Hopefully, ya'll can understand why this would be frustrating...

I'm sorry about your loss, but you're being insensitive. What is morally wrong about telling people you're on the cover of a newspaper!? You act like he was standing over the ruins saying "Look at me!". He just mentioned he was on a freaking newspaper. Calm down.
Sorry 3fingeredgus, I can see why you're upset. You should really get away for a little bit because this seems to be upsetting you. I can understand fully why.
If this thread does offend anyone, not that Clutch would need permission to take down this thread...but he certainly has my support to take it down. I'm just a seventeen year old kid thats on the front of our papers coverage on this situation...I'm not bragging about being on the cover of our newspaper for something totally unrelated...if you read the picture I'm in line for an extra edition that is about the attacks. I appologize to anyone who has been offended, and Clutch, you may certainly take down this thread if you want.

Actually, it seems worse to me that the only picture they could put on the front right now is of people picking up their own paper. ??? Don't worry about it, SCF. Man, are you young tho'.
