I think the lakers have a chance to break the 6-7-8 spots and possibly even get into 5th. They're playing with a lot of passion, unselfishness, and bynum is a stud.

Remember last season. They started off playing good defense and looked like a dangerous playoff matchup for anyone. Then Walton got hurt and they tanked. PJ lost patience with several players and they basically quit giving their best effort. Something similar could happen again, only the disintegration could be magnified because Kobe's desire to be traded will be inflamed by them losing.

One key is for Bynum to keep up the production instead of slacking off like last year. They also should be better off now that Smush Parker is gone. It would be a bonus if Brian Cook

Good block but nothing spectacular. AK47 is a bad dunker, if it was T-mac, he would change hand and dunk on kobe like he did on the first game of the season

The Rudy Gay one was the best because his ass landed on Pau Gasol's head.

That's right Gasol, you had Gay ass rub up on your face.

Best block I ever saw was by Cuttino Mobley, when the Rockets were playing the Hawks one year IIRC. It was on a three point attempt and Cat was closing out from near the paint. Cat didn't get close to the guy before the shot went up, but he blocked the shot when it was way up there.

That block was freaking sick, especially considering the point in the game.

that was a nice block, and why rip hold the ankles of tyrus, thats not right, if somebody makes a good play on you, you try to do a good play against him, not trying to hold his ankles
