I live in Kentucky and Indianapolis is 200 miles away, the closest the Rockets will be for me to see a game live April 4. I'm guessing its a ripoff to prepay for tickets online since I doubt the Pacers have sold out many, if any, home games against even the elite teams. Should I take my chances and buy at the box office the day of the game? Would that save money? Are sporting events like hotels? Its better to sell for cheaper than leave the seats empty? I don't really care where I sit, I just want to be there. With my absolutely $^#@^@# luck, the Final Four festivities and games are in town the same weekend. I'm guessing I'll have to make it a day trip since hotel prices are probably outrageous. This probably doesn't warrant a thread, but I would appreciate any advice.
