Did anyone see the TNT pregame show and Barkely said that Jazz gonna beat Houston by 10 or more points tonite, while Kenny said Rockets won't lose a game by more than 10 points the rest of the season. I hope Rockets whoop Jazz tonite and shut Barkley's mouth up again like last season during the 22 winning streak

I don't have the best feeling about the game, but jeez. Barkley could be a little nicer about it... Nothing would make me happier than for the Rockets to win tonight, so I can see Chuck's face. Oh, and getting out of the first round would be even sweeter.
Yeah I knew this would be posted. People's fascination with Barkley's opinion is never-ending. I have to say though, he did sound pretty adament about it, moreso than usual. Kenny says we are better with Ron than with Tracy, but with Tracy we were a contender (with Ron we aren't). Not sure how you can be a BETTER team yet not contend like last year. Maybe a reference to Tracy's playoff stats, but still... part of me thinks he just said that we aren't a contender so that Barkley wouldn't **** bricks.
Man you guys get some sensitive about what these media say. Charles gets paid to say what's on his mind (like it or not) and until the Rockets can show they can beat the Jazz in Utah and also get get out of the first round in the playoffs..... Then there's really no discussion.

I am kidding..tinman is a poster who thinks that newbie rox fans don't know what true disrespect is, and that there shouldn't be a thread anytime chuck says something about the rockets. I actually agree with that notion somewhat, but you didn't do anything wrong per se.
Music to my ear. You know our guys watch the pregame show. Extra motivation. Artest is going to dunk on everybody. Our perimeter D is the best and if we shut the Utah down on the outside and block them out the inside, it's going to tough for them offensively. We won't be blown out.

Leslie Alexander needs to MAN UP and payback Barkley the FULL amount for the contract he deserved. Until then, Sir Charles will always have a grudge on the Rockets organization. Rockets haven't been out of the 1st round since Barkley left. Looks like Les is getting owned by KARMA.
