Twice last night Jalen had lanes to the rim that’s would’ve been good layup opportunities off the screen but Amen kept running to the paint and bringing his defender to the paint. One of the times in the second half, Jalen looked clearly annoyed by it. It was similar action to the play when he got the dunk. When Jalen and Alpi get the ball, their teammates need to Do a better job of reading the offense and knowing where to be because I felt a lot of this season befor tonight game that Alpi was getting the ball to post up and Jabari or Amen would instantly go to paint and be clogging it. They need to watch film of Tari to learn when to cut
Sports jinxes don't make any sense. It's up to Jalen to play more consistently and prove that he deserves the support we give him, but the thought that something that he doesn't even know exists online could potentially impact his on-court performance is absurd. ...and yet I can't help feeling a little twinge of jinxiness whenever I see a positive Jalen thread I think I have Stockholm syndrome or something
Man, everyone is struggling to penetrate the paint. FVV, Green, Whitmore, Sheppard. Amen is getting through for some highly contested shots. Hope they figure it out soon.
Jalen Green has the second most clutch points in the NBA now after Joker and idiots like @Downtown Sniper still meekly post when he is cold before disappearing after Green goes on another hot stretch. It’s so sad.
i don't really love the lineups Jalen's been featured in. He showed so much chemistry with Adams but we haven't seen that pairing in a couple of nights.
It's AMAZING how quickly fans forget how Harden use to do the same thing. All scores go through droughts after a 5 or 6 game hot streak. Lets just be thankful he came through in the 4th Qtr last night
It feels like Green has been the "closer" and made the "winning" shots in 3 o the 4 wins this season... an early indication of a superstar in progress, especially since he was shooting poorly in 2 of those 4, IIRC.
