Channel 2 - NBC Screen Size Problem?

Is anyone else getting a messed up Channel 2 KPRC?

I am watching SNL and the picture is bigger than the screen. So I don't see all of the picture. It is fine on every other channel. I am on Charter Cable in the Woodlands, it is probably them screwing it up...

I noticed it today...Half of the second digit of the score of The Lakers-Kings game is off the screen.
