Face it we are not firing Ricky, he's here to stay for at least 2 years.

So the question at hand is, do we change out the players. Namely Tmac, James, Chuck, and Francis. Majic told the truth last night the Tmac and Yao will not deliver 4 years is enough. If they were CEO and CFO they would have been fired years ago. Tmac and anyone else except for Yao to New Jersey for Jkidd and RJefferson. I would include a draft pick, we don't do well with picks anyway. OR

Do we ask Ricky to change the offense to JVG, with high pick and rolls all day and all night, which appears to help the team.

A side note, Chuck is an embarassment to any/all starting forwards in the NBA for one simple reason. He can't shoot anything straight, jumper, free throw etc.. Players are basically laughing at this dude on national TV, did you see Iverson, all of the Nuggets were asking for traveling on the free throw line. Love his hussle but it isn't enough to be a starter on a championship contender.

56 games left in season. I would be patient and not change anything. Also NBA players may laugh at Hayes and his horrendous free throw shooting, but they don't laugh when he's defending them.

Come on Jump that's all he gives us is some D with a lot of fouls to go with it. Measure him against the Peterson's, Otis Thorpe's, Carl Herrera, Robert Horry, and Chuck Brown the original Chucky gives us more than this dude.

But remember Chucky Brown was playing along side one of the greatest if not the greatest center to ever play the game and Hakeem was an athletic freak from another demension, where as Yao is the complete opposite. Hayes does alot of little things to cover up for Yao's lack of speed on the defensive side of the ball. If Hayes is not rebounding at a high clip and playing tough D then he becomes a liability for the rockets.

I don't think Chuck Hayes is the problem for the rockets, I personally think there problem is that they have a glut of guards in the backcourt that at some point will have to be resolved through some sort of trade. Morey and Les have give Adelman more than enough players to choose from, now it comes down to Adelman in choosing which players he wants to keep.

both 2 options can make changes, either 1 or 2. we have a 50 win squad, and can be better as luis and sf come here, but we might got wrong coach, i didn't say ad is not a great coach, actually he is, but he might not lead this team go further, which has been proven this season, maybe we should be more patient, but it's not about our patience, it's about we don't even see any changes in play set, in player's using. here's a very obvious point, u just can't make chuck high post, he cant shoot midrange, he cant penetrate, his passing is even not good, he's no threat to basket at all, so why hell ad start him for 26 games?

if ad stays, it's okay, it won't hurt, but u gotta make change, at least u have make changes to ur startlineups.

    What does Yao think?

    Rick goes before Yao.

On the other hand, Rick Adelman's offense has gotten farther than these players...
