i was just wondering. why is it that the Rockets MUST turn the team upside down every year?? they make it look like theyre never satisfied with their lineup. i know, i know....it's only meant to make the team better. but where does team chemistry go if you keep changing the entire team every year. i mean, i keep hearing those talks about multi-player trades which would send like half of the Rocket team to another for other good players. you know what? i hate the Utah Jazz as much as you all do. but if there's one thing i admire about that team, is that they seem like theyve had the same players foever! Malone, Stockton, Horny, stupid ass, and the rest of the jazzholes. the point is, don't you think it's about time we stuck to a lineup and not made those massive changes every year. maybe changing a playe o two, but that's it. this subject has crossed my mind several times, and despite the fact that i know i'll be criticized for this i just had to know if anyone agreed with me. what do you all think?

But what did the Utah Jazz do? They first had to build that team of Stockton,Malone, and Hornacek before they could build chemistry. The truth is, no matter how much chemistry this current lineup builds, they don't have nearly enough to compete. That is why we are in a transition mode. We already have our nucleus of Francis, Anderson, and Mobley well planted. We need to go out and get that second star player to compliment Francis, and then we can begin to let time and chemistry do their work. You have to get the team before you can build the chemistry.

Do you understand what I mean?

My point exactly Cab! but as u know, Cuttino, could be on the move...and there goes one key player. we start trading all our players again to get a good player. My point is, the Rockets make MASSIVE changes EVERY single year. just when exactly does this "building" start if you keep changing the entire team. i agree with your point about the necessity of acquiring another star to compliment Francis. but we dont have to keep changing those, so called, role players thinking it would always improve the team, just give those Rocket players a chance.

How many years did people say that about the Hakeem/Thorpe/Kenny/Maxwell Rockets?
