    Chelsea - Bayern
    Liverpool - Juventus

    Milan - Inter
    Lyon - Eindhoven

    Next round:

Winner of Liverpool/Juve vs. Winner of Chelsea/Bayern
    and
Winner of Milan/Inter vs. Winner of Lyon/Eindhoven

    My predictions are in bold.

But it will be tough and close. Luck will play a role as well. As much as I hate Mourinho, his success speaks for him.

    PSV
i'm pretty happy with this draw. Psv has a good chance verus Lyon.
This might be the first time i hope bayern will win. I disslike chelsea even more then Bayern. i hope liverpool win win. but i think they will not. Milan versus inter doesn't matter for me. i do not like either team.

Dude, how can you hate an English team more than a German one?! Come on, I don't have anything against them... but it is our duty in football to hate all German teams.

    :D

I do like the draw for PSV... not sure if they will win. I would have liked Liverpool for them instead. BUT... it's a good draw considering that we could have faced any of THREE Italian teams and Bayern/Chelsea.

Chelski over Bayern. Bayern will discover to their chagrin that Kolo Abib Toure does not play for the Blues.

Juventus scrapes by Liverpool in a tie that makes everyone's eyes bleed.

Lyon over PSV. Lyon are looking very good, and I trust their midfield more than PSV - who'll be relying on Mark Van Bommel, who's already gone.

Milan over Inter - god, this will be ugly.

Chelski over Juventus : in what will surely be a mind-numbingly defensive tie.
Lyon over Milan : I like Lyon more than Milan.

Lyon over Chelski : all they need is a one-off performance, and again - I remain biased towards Lyon and I dislike Chelsea.

I predict that it sucks!!! Ha ha ha!!!

Ha ha ha ha ha ha!!!!!

    haha

    *cough*

I predict that Panthanopolous comes back, forces themselves onto the field and obliterates the other teams with the help of a few well placed steel chair headshots.

I lived in Europe for four months. I watched several soccer matches.

How anyone in America can get excited about this sport confounds me.

Without Touré's goal against Bayern, Arsenal would not even have come close to even having a chance at all. So I guess that means Bayern should take care of Chelsea.

Ofcourse i hate the German team alot. I didn't hate chelsea, but with everything that happened after the first Barca-Chelsea, i really cannot stant chelsea anymore. i hate that coach(cannot remember his name).

I'm also not sure PSV will win, but i think this was one of the teams they stand a chance against. I didn't want to play an italian team. And also not Bayern, so that leave us with not to many options:D

    Chelsea - Bayern
    Liverpool - Juventus

    Milan - Inter
    Lyon- Eindhoven

    Next round:

    Chelsea - Juventus

    Milan - Eindhoven

    Finals:

    Chelsea - Milan

This is just Chelsea's year. It will be very cool to see an American playing in the Champions League Semifinals (Damarcus Beasly with Eindhoven). Talk about serious international experience.

Bayern will play without Pizzarro in Chelsea, but Mourinho is banned from coaching his team during these two games...so let's see what will happen. I am pretty confident that Bayern will eliminate yet another British team.

Chelsea: like Leroy said, it's Chelski's year!
Juventus: Juve is much more experienced.
Milan: Not sure about this one, but I'll go with AC
Lyon: Danm! ppl here are underestimating Lyon! Beautiful offensive game and tough defenders!

don't underestimate PSV. They are a very solid team. They are champion of holland without any of trouble.
they had just 2 bad games both against arsenal. But that was because they thought they were not good enough to beat arsenal. But now they have confidance. they destroyed Ajax 2 weeks ago. I think they have one of the best midfields in europe.
on the other hand i'm baised so Lyon will probably win.:D

    Liverpool 2 Juventus 1

The Ref for this game was terrible!! Several fouls by Juventus in the 2nd half went uncalled. Where's Mourinho when you really need him.
