I just noticed that on the next channel, KLRU, they have Willie, Merle and Ray Price live. That's a whole lot more fun.
The Pac 12 may be too spread out to risk having a championship game at a neutral site. They should probably play it at the home field of whichever team has the highest CFP ranking.
That is typically how they have done it in the past. No idea why they changed it. CCGs have attendance trouble regardless, making it neutral site is not a good idea.
Two thoughts on the Big Ten and ACC championship games so far: 1. VaTech's secondary is a complete joke. They apparently have no chance of defending Clemson's receivers and TE without committing obvious pass interference. 2. The desperate decison by James Franklin to go on 4th down at midfield would indicate he feels his team is clearly inferior to Wisconsin.
What a comeback by Penn State while Clemson coughed and wheezed across the finish line. Both sides of the divided crowd at the Big Ten neutral field were on fire the entire game.
He's been a fixture my entire sports watching life. I'm gonna miss that voice. Anyone know if he's doing one last March Madness?
How often does 1 school have 2 finalists - especially one school that's not even considered a championship team? I assume it happened with the greatest-team-of-all-time with Bush and Leinart.
