Everyone- I probably want to make another deal before the 2nd season starts - but I have made so many trades and would like to see my team in the preseason first. I'm still interrested to get myself a SG but would want to see how my new players cope in the preseason. I think I owe it to the fans to see Payton before I ship him out-if that is the option I choose (Houston). The preseason is not yet decided. Cat will do the preseason as a start to an ordinary season without saving. He will run 7-8 games for everybody - and you can test your rosters and get stats. You can decide strategy from game to game - and when itis all over we will restart the season to get the real one. The preseason will in fact go slower than season games so you can get to learn your team. Well, Smegg, I might have traded him away, and I might not have. I made a deal with DVauthrin to trade Howard for Bryon Russel and Lawrence Funderburke. I did this deal on the basis that DVauthrin told me that Russel was averaging about 9 points off the bench and 17 points starting (which was true, I found the stat), but he told me that Funderburke was averaging 9 points backing up Webber off the bench, and I was unable to find that stat anywhere. If he can back up that stat, then the deal is done, and you would have to talk to him if you still wanted Howard. If that Funderburke stat isn't true, then I am going to try to void the deal, because I did the deal under the impression that Funderburke would be a good backup at the PF spot. i dont know for malik rose, but ferry and daniels got like 3 pts or something, but they were both 3 rd stringers. didnt get much playing time, at the begining of the season though when daniels started or was second string he got around 10 points, 4 assists. ------------------ http://www.democrats.com mgh 1925-2001
