It's cool Crisco, I was just seeing if I could pry away a draft pick from you. I'm going to try something with my roster for this next sim before I decide on the deal you and I have. I'm really trying to find a way to not have to give up Miles! ------------------ You must always give the Dream back his change!
would any of these work crisco, turkoglu for williams straight up turkoglu, the 2nd rounder for williams, another player(decent) turkoglu, 2nd rounder for williams,ur 2nd rounder or a future pick?? ------------------ How Sweet It Is! How Sweet It Is! Gene Peterson on the rockets winning the 1995 championship over the Orlando Magic
DVau, Turgolu isn't worth Williams straight up, but I would be willing to include Kendall Gill, who got better numbers than Turg last year in about the same minutes(6.5 points, 2 rebounds). so Williams + Gill for Turg + 2nd rounder. interested? ------------------ snap crackle pop [This message has been edited by CriscoKidd (edited May 12, 2001).]
were close im just curious but would u go for turkoglu,2nd rounder for williams, kittles or turkoglu,2nd rounder for brian grant or turkoglu,2nd rounder for larry hughes ------------------ How Sweet It Is! Sorry, Heath. Somehow I missed this trade offer. Hmmm...Camby and Patterson and your 1st rounder, eh? Very intriguing. What I have now is certainly not working for me. Was this all an offer for Jones, by his lonesome? If so, I think I can be convinced to do this deal. ------------------ Give me ambiguity or give me something else.
Hey guys I thought I would post this again: The Knicks need a point guard A LOT here is what I have to offer (note these stats are last seasons): F (Kurt) Thomas-- 13.7 pts, 6.5 reb, 30 min F (Larry) Johnson-- 15.8 pts, 7.6 reb, 32 min F/C (Othella) Harrington-- 13.1 pts, 5.7 reb, 26 min C (Luc) Longley-- 9.8 pts, 4.2 reb, 25 min G (Rick) Brunson-- 3.6 pts, 1.4 asst, 14 min G Lucious Harris F/G Doug West G Muggsy Bogues C Travis Knight I also have all of my draft pics ------------------ ~John~ Help keep the obsessed thread alive post the reasons why you are an obsessed Rockets fan by clicking here [This message has been edited by Johny Rocket (edited May 13, 2001).]
No problem Raven. That offer was for Jones, but it was also in competition with BGM, so I compared what he offered for Jones/McCoy and matched/bettered (IMO) his offer, so I would expect to get a scrub in the deal and McCoy could perhaps do. I have to warn you and the others I have been in tradetalk with that I'm thinking about just keeping my core of players and might not do a trade at all. If I decide to go that way I can offer picks/scrubs to a rebuilding team for a SG of some quality. I'm well aware that a 2nd round pick will get me what I would want there but then I would have to wait until next season. So depending on what I could get I can overpay to a rebuilding team to get my need covered this year. You can all blame my trade willingness going down based on my team playing much better than I anticipated in the preseason. If this change when everything get serious I would be back in trade mode. ------------------ Join the CC.net NBA Sim ------------------------- The CC.net NBA Sim Homepage - Rosters & Stats - Official Trades
One last post before the season begins. I am still looking for PG and PF/C help(they must be of starter quality). I have Allen Houston to trade and will possibly trade Mo Taylor If I am getting a quality starting PF in the deal. I will also be willing to listen to deals for Mashburn but the same thing applies. I would need a quality SF to replace him. Stackhouse ids not untouchable but it would take a greatd eal to persuade me to trade him. I WANT DRAFT PICKS!!!!! I'm not sure on the stats of any of my guys other than Dampier and Williamson, but trust me, I will listen to any offers you throw on the table that are for draft picks. Thanks Erick Dampier-- 27 mpg, 9.2 pts, 7.3 reb Corliss Williamson -- 25 mpg - 9.3 pts - 3.8 reb C- Dampier PF- Williamson SF- D. Curry SG- Q. Richardson PG- K. Dooling McInnis Piakowski T. Murray Rooks B. Skinner C. Parks D. Strong J. Collier ------------------ Who's ya daddy?
Hey Gettinbranded. Interested in trading Crawford? ------------------ The next time I have meat and mashed potatoes, I think I'll put a very large blob of potatoes on my plate with just a little piece of meat. And if someone asks me why i didn't get more meat, ill just say, "Oh, you mean this?" and pull out a big piece of meat from inside the blob of potatoes, where ive hidden it. Good magic trick, huh?
I'm interested in Richardson, but his numbers are fairly average on a bad team. I'd be willing to talk draft pick trade after the season is over and I know where my 4 picks stand. ------------------ You must always give the Dream back his change!
Can i confirm this trade with somebody. Grizz trade: Morris Peterson _______ trade: Point Gaurd ------------------ The next time I have meat and mashed potatoes, I think I'll put a very large blob of potatoes on my plate with just a little piece of meat. And if someone asks me why i didn't get more meat, ill just say, "Oh, you mean this?" and pull out a big piece of meat from inside the blob of potatoes, where ive hidden it. Good magic trick, huh?

NOMAR
I'd be much more willing to trade you Kenny Anderson if you could provide me with one more player/pick. Anderson for Peterson+draft pick? ------------------ You must always give the Dream back his change! [This message has been edited by Band Geek Mobster (edited May 14, 2001).]
If draft picks is all you want I'm the man to talk to. I want a SG and can even overpay a bit for it. (A 2nd round draft pick will probably get me a better player next year, but I want one now) I might even throw in a scrub. Get stats for your guards, and we are in business. ------------------ Join the CC.net NBA Sim ------------------------- The CC.net NBA Sim Homepage - Rosters & Stats - Official Trades [This message has been edited by Heath2000 (edited May 13, 2001).]

Let's make a deal, people! I will take many things, including draft picks, other scrubs, or unhappy stars. I just do not like the character of my teams. Offer anything, see if I bite. I will accept trades not in my favor. I do not have all stats yet, cuz no one will give 'em to me! C: Jahidi White -- 22.8 mpg - 5.9 pts - 6.3 reb SG/SF: Eddie Robinson-- 25 mpg, 10.2 pts, 2 reb C: N. Mohammed PF: A. Henderson SF: D. Glover (really a SG) SG: B. Stith PG: B. Knight PG: G.
