Smeg, Each division is divied out to volunteers. I have the Pacific division, so I will be maintaining the team sites for all Pacific division teams. This just entails keeping track of the rosters, starting lineups, draft picks, trades, and stats for all players. A little analysis for each team is also added, but that is really just dependent on how much work the division admin is willing to do. The idea of all of this is to make retrieval of stats and roster information much easier and much more streamlined. ------------------ Give me ambiguity or give me something else. I can give it a go with some of the Guest Analysis, but I must warn you, it will not be pretty as I am no great expert with HTML. I can use the template to facilitate things, but it will take a few days to give you about a page of analysis for several of the teams. If you want to try write a guest analysis in just plain text, then I can test adding it to the template. I think it would work without much problem/work. But of course doing it in HTML has its own reward in much swearing and the satisfying feeling of an accomplishment if it turns out ok. As they say you learn by trial and error. I remember my first HTML page. The menu links that already are opened functions on all pages. I'm thinking about doing the League Info next. Cat - what do you think is smart to put in here? I was thinking that here we put all info that are relevant for wannabe new GMs. A note on the empty templates - I checked all tags in these an corrected them so no tags are left open, or unopenedwher they need to be open. BGM, If you are still working with the team-template and not with the empty one, then the only thing I did was to close fix the TR tag - meaning I added the missing ">". So much trouble for only one symbol. I think this is because the blueline.gif is located another place on my setup than yours. Yeah I saw that. What you did with your starting roster with linking them straight to ESPN's pages was pretty smart. Steal their bandwith But what I really thought of was that everyone in the Atlantic (that's the division I update) could go to ESPN profiles and just find the file numbers for their Sim Team starting 5. Just the number - not the whole link. I can add the rest off the link. This would save me the work of checking your roster, going to ESPN and finding this guy, downloading his picture, adding the picture to the homepage, and then uploading everything. It will also be less links for Castor to change when the page is uploaded to "right" place. So find your starting 5 pictures on ESPN and get their file numberand post them in the Atlantic thread like this: I'll use Jazz as an example. I think they have a purpose as I can't see why the NBA crew would put them there if not. I think it is the most correct way to add empty space in a table But the blank.gif is located at the same position as the blueline.gif so if you can correct it so the blueline.gif gets correct just do the samefor all blank.gif's in the page. And either way, if you can't get it to work,it would take me a minute to fix it after you send it up to me anyway.
