Ok I have now made teampages for all Atlantic teams in the CC.net NBA Sim. What I want now is that you check these pages and give me back info about typos, corrections, additions, etc. I will add to these pages what you guys want me to. Check out Boston's page to see what a close to finished page looks like. I will update that page, and the others to be like the Celtics page. You will find out that the other pages are pretty raw compared to Boston but that will change shortly. Check them all out here. All Atlantic links are operative, and also the team link in the menu. If you want me to add something to your teams page just type in what you want in this thread and I'll do the update. I will also start to find starter picture for all Atlantic teams to do them. I will also add the predictions to these pages so if others want to get their predictions in here just make a prediction in the prediction thread. As an example check Boston to see how I've added vj23k, kbm and BGM's predictions in that thread. Btw if kbm/vj23k/BGM want to update their prediction they can do so until the season begins. Just give notice that the prediction has changed. After the season has started I will not add any more predictions. Keep them request coming and I'll update whenever I get to it. Those pages are really looking nice Heath. The only thing I'd suggest changing is the image sizes and how they line up. I'm still having very little luck with editting your temp. Still looks nice though ------------------
Changed how pictures are lined up in Boston's page. Compare to the other teams and see if this was better. Size? Bigger or smaller? The editing thing - what I can do is to make the raw files of the teams you are updating (Midwest?) and then you can edit the text part of those files in WordPad or NoteBook. That should work as in those program the user have full control over whats happening. The only tricky part then is to find the textparts in that file and change them, but that is just to do a text-search if you are using WordPad. Do you want me to do that? It would only take me 15-20 minutes to do the raw files of these teams. Your b****ing is actually wanted as I knew I made mistake in rosters etc. Some places I guessed first names when I saw a surename and that had to end up with the wrong result. I almost gave you Baron Davis but was sure that was wrong so I just had it as Davis. The Thomas-error was also just a wild guess. So I hope I get more b****ing (I don't consider it b****ing) as I want these pages to be as correct as possible. Also if you want to write your own History (check Boston and see what I've done there) that will actually help me. You can also help on every aspect of the page - use the Boston page to get helpful tips, but there is no need to limit yourself to whats in there. I will add your ideas to your page too - just come with them. So to your question - please help - anything you add is very appreciated. I am doing the pages for the Pacific division, and if those teams in that division want to write their own little descriptions and commentary, I am all for it. It will make things faster on me. I have used the size that NBA.com uses for pictures with out even thinking about it but I'll change to make them smaller. I like them lined up the way they are for the celtics with the size of the 76ers. Also, I'm having a lot of problems using this template for the Midwestern conference. I've been working at it all day and I'm not getting the columns lined up like they are for you. Maybe someone else should try the Midwest b/c I'm not having any luck... ------------------

I have now updated the Atlantic to reflect requests in this thread. The picture thing again. I have made both Celtics and 76ers pictures in the original size and lined them up close to eachother to the left. 76ers version has some air between each picture. What version is best? Also I added some text to the right of 76ers pictures as some space opened up. Is this better? The text also helps in the matter that I dont need to change starting 5 pictures every time my lineup changes. If you want me to do this for all Atlantic teams, just tell me what to write there. (More fun if everyone writes their own. That way I dont have to use my creativety to not be repetetive.) Also note that the amount of text I have for the 76ers borders to the max as I think another line would destroy the look. Are those blank.gif's necessary? It would be helpful if you could get rid of those in the celtics page so I can steal that one and use it as a temp for the other pages.
