    This is the final bracket in the first round, there will be only 24 hours to vote for this bracket. Tomorrow at 7pm, I will announce the winners of bracket 7 & 8, and I will then begin voting on the Round 2 match-ups.

    I would just like to ask everyone to please vote for me. I think I get along with most of you guys. I've been around a while and have made some good posts I think. I like all of you guys and if there was any way I could help you out I would. I helped out castor last night by voting for him in the Bobblehead contest 50 times (I deleted my cookie and then voted again, and again, and again). I refuse to let the 1000+ signs you're a Rockets Fanatic (obsessed) die.

    Okay, I just wanted to say that this was the hardest bracket for me to pick, but I did not want to abstain. I could really go either way on a lot of these.

    5 - Raven Lunatic - Man...I really like both especially since gr8-1 is a Carpenters fan, but I think that he is the victim of a bad match-up here...sorry, gr8-1

    Thanks Manny. That was an interesting thread, the top 100, but it got clutch to do a top 100 posters. That would have been early september or late august, and when he did the top 100 posters I was ahead of you in post count.:D But that didnt last for long. I have a lot more respect for you after that thread as you might have seen when I said that was one of the reasons I voted for you.

    Well, I appreciate all the votes and Manny for some reason I'm just lazy when it comes to punctuation on the BBS. I guess it's because it's just casual talk to me. Thanks for saying I know my stuff though, it makes me feel good, knowing that people care to read or listen to what I have to say.

    I would like to ask you to please reconsider your decision to abstain from voting in my bracket. I believe I should make it to the next round for my work in never letting the rockets fanatic thread die, <b>for helping to get Clutch to create a site for AvantGo users</b>. I am also not afraid to admit when I am wrong (see this thread).

    So please I ask you all once again vote Johnny Rocket in 2002 (at least for the 1st round)
