Both are fabulous posters, but DoD gets the edge on my vote for the humor he brings with him to chat. I still think he should join the baseball sim if he bought OOTP and enjoys playing it so much anyways

Unfortunately not too familiar with Johnny Rocket, through no fault of his own, but simply just because I don't read that many of the hangout threads where he seems to post most often, but I am familiar with the great Rockets scoop of Old School.

 

First off, I want to say that I had originally intended to threaten swift death to all posters who vote for me in this matchup, but I see that some have already voted for me, and I am a lazy, lazy man. So the following is my message to all you would be voters.

I know that everyone likes to see the posters in this tournament lobby, and I myself have even encouraged it in previous rounds and brackets, but there will be no lobbying this round. CBFC is so obviously the better poster as to eliminate any debate over the subject, and my sense of humor compared to his is like comparing toasted subs versus regular Jared Subway subs, and we all know that the little dog gets killed by the bear. That's right, my sense of humor is akin to a formerly large fat man who now gets paid because he managed to lose weight by eating SANDWICHES, except I don't get paid. So I encourage you all to vote for CBFC. He doesn't post often, but I am of the strong opinion that quality does count for much more than quantity.

So I say again, vote for CBFC! If you were running for mayor...errrrr....best poster he would vote for you.

All I got to say is that I can't believe that pops is gone....that really boggles my mind. *shakes head in shame*

1 - Jeff - I would have chose DoD before today, but Jeff is such a good guy and knowledgeable source for anything. He really is the best poster here. DoD might be the second best...it's just too bad that they are squaring off right now instead of in the final.

2 - Mango - Extremely tough decision for me to make. Sammy is a favorite of mine, but Mango pretty much helped me through some of the roughest times on this BBS...I have to go with him, but realize that this was an extremely agonizing decision to make.
