I really like Devin Brown. Good player. Very good shooter. Nice to have him on your team. Good move Cavs

For a player who averaged 11.6/4.3/2.6 on decent percentages, can play PG/SG, and can shoot the trey, Devin Brown sure got very little attention. I wonder if there's something about him that we don't know about (i.e. team cancer or the like).

I think NO is giving up on Simmons and simply wants to save money on his contract since Wesley is an expiring contract. I wouldn't be surprised if Wesley retires before the season starts.

If they lose Pavlovic, getting Devin Brown would be a step backwards. On a good team, he doesn't belong in the rotation. Unless they trade for Bibby at the last minute, looks like another snoozer of an offseason getting help for LeBron.

I don't know man, Simmons was the 15th overall pick just last season and has a very high ceiling. Is a good rebounder and shot-blocker. Besides Wesley makes only 1.7 million which doesn't save them that much money, and I'm sure they could've gotmuch more. I just don't get it..

There is all about LeBron in Cleveland...I hate that. You can be the best player on the team but that doesn't mean you're alone. I hate James' selfish

Isn't he the guy who fumbled the ball in the last seconds that allowed TMac to seal his 13pts/30 seconds trashing over the Spurs?

devin brown is a crowd favorite in san antonio. he played high school ball there, scored record points for HS in san antonio (more than shaq did). he played at utsa, score record points for that school. he played well for the spurs.

but didn't take his job seriously, from what i hear. he showed up late, and didn't practice hard. the spurs would prefer a has been like nick van exel than somebody who doesn't take their job seriously. i think that happened in utah also. then the warriors cut him. and you have to be professional for byron scott, which probably didn't happen.

when you've been on four clubs and they don't think you practice hard, it's going to get out.

Wesley is retired. I think he's joining NO's coaching staff.

I'll give you on 04/05 and most Spurs fans do like him. I'm a part-time Spurs fan that doesn't like him.
