No, what cat said was that at first glance the logo is plain for a franchise with a new arena, but he said the jerseys are an improvement. So he was nervous I guess by the logo itself, but after seeing the jersey he had the same reaction as most of us, the logo may suck at first but the uni's look cool. Chris Wragge also showed the website that we are not supposed to mention on this site, and he showed a blurred picture on live tv for all of Houston to see. He was even making fun of the fact that no one is supposed to be seeing this but who the hell cares was his attitude. I e-mailed the guy yesterday thinking he could do a segment for the Sports Sunday show, but today at 6pm will work.
Boy, what a stud Chris Wragge is... scoopmaster supreme. Must've took a lot of sleuthing for him to find those uniform pics.
Cuttino needs to worry more about the upcoming season rather than a uniform. IMO the Lakers have the ugliest uni's in the league but they have 3 championships in the past 4years.

I do not see the big deal myself, it looks like a high school jersey. I just dread it when the comets new uni's leak out, i bet they will look better.

Not that I want to wait till September, but I honestly don't see why they'd have to push up the release date of the new unis just because a pic that partially shows the side of the new unis got leaked out. It's just enough to salivate over, but not nearly enough to get a good overall feel of how they look. What's the big friggin deal anywze. Just give us some table scraps till the main meal comes.

anyway this is who i contacted and actually got conformation they received by pictures. ABC 13 - told me if the picture had been of Cuttino in the front it would have hit the air ESPN - confirmed they received it Channel 2 - said they were forwarding the picture i sent to the executive producers Channel 11 - conformed they received it emailed 740 and 610, got no response. also sent it to Rich and Charlie. I tried to cover all of them. This was soon after clutch had to remove the picture
Actually, you should have a good idea if you have been paying close attention. Just look at the Power Dancers uniform designs and you will see pieces of the Rocket uniform. For example Design 1 has the funny lookin silver triangle shape on the shorts I elluded to in sway's thread. These will be on the shorts and are supposed to be a silhouette of a rocket's nose cone. The Rockets "R" logo can be found on the inside of the nose cone. If you look at the photo of Cat, you can see the peak of the nose cone sillhouette on the shorts. The neck line is also featured. Design 7 has the silver elliptical rings you will see around players arms on the jersey. Basicly, the entire left side of this design closely resemble the sides of the new uniform. They wont be this big however. And no skin showing thank god Those are the basic design elements to the uniform. Put them together and you have the final product.
