Cato,Cato...We owe you...It due time Just as I thought CATO SHOWED UP. He protected the center, had a couple of blocks, rebounded, and refreshed our eyes with some powerhouse dunks. NOW THAT'S THE CATO I KNOW! Although it's obvious that all the players need a little brushing up, Cato has proved that he has more potential than our so called Rocket fans thought. Cato showed alot of self control and teamwork on the floor. Even though his last foul was truly a offensive foul on Dallas, Cato was in perfect position. He took that charge like a soldier, and didn't over react at the call (unlike I did). I can overlook that foul. (The Refs SUCKED). He actually took a couple charges last night. The team has to learn how to step up and cover Cato's man when he has a defender down under. He's a big guy, put he can't cover everyone. I saw alot of miss matches last night, but I also saw alot of heart. The team really seems to be adjusting to the new defensive 3 sec rule well. Once the team gets polished up, I think we diffiantly have a superior team. I don't think that this is the end of Cato's efforts. I've read some peoples post, and I sware the man couldn't satisfy some of you if he blocked 200 shot and scored 300 pts. It's time to give him his much needed Houston support. Enough is enough, suck it up, because................................. IT'S DUE TIME WE GIVE CATO HIS PROPS!!!!!
Give props to Kelvin "THE COURT POTATOE" Cato.. I think not.It's way to early. I'll start giving him props when he starts standing up stright and stops looking like a cave man with no hops.
It's true. If he had a triple-double again on the 1st day of the season, people would say "it's just one game". if he has an above average second night, they'd say he's fading. If he repeated the same night, they'd say let's see if he's consistent enough to keep it up. If he does, they'll say that "he's gonna injure a fingernail very soon". Some people just DON'T LIKE CATO, and are unwilling to forgive OR forget.
What exactly does Cato rule? We all know Liono is the lord of the Thundercats. WileyKitt and WileyCato are almost as useless as Snarf.
If he plays similar to Camby, which isn't saying much, that would be enough. Run the floor, dive to the basket for dunks and put backs, and block shots, thats it. He doesn't have to be the second coming, just night in night out getting his 9-10pts, 7-10rebs, and a couple of blocks, thats it.
Sorry Kelvin, you get props when you makeup for the two seasons of crap play...by my calculations that means he will have to play like the second coming of the Dream for all of this season and be DPOY this year AND the Finals and then work his ass off during the offseason...etc etc Will this happen??? I think that first post just proves that players do read these boards. Cato shouldnt you be icing something right now. quite messing around on the puter you are going to hurt one of your hands
