I just saw Cato at the gym.(24 Hour Fitness on Westheimer/Hayes) I don't know how long he was there but he left about 15 minutes after I got there. Oh ya. I forgot my camera.
Here is the update: 1) I couldn't really see what kind of shape he was in because he was wearing loose fitting gear. But he did not look bad. 2) He spent about 5 minutes working on his lower back, 5 minutes doing a shoulder exercise and then went upstairs and spent some time on the Stair Master. 3) I did not talk to him. I did not want to bother him. I run into these guys probably once a week. I live near Westside Tennis Club and I believe alot of them live close.

Why does he have to go to a 24 hour fitness if they have all these great training facilities at Westside?

You know I live right by Westside as well...Do you think some of the players live in Royal Oaks because I thought they were all in MO city.
CD did say that nobody has been working harder in the offseason than Cato, so maybe his pouting will be even better.

Cato lives in a $600,000+ house (sad, every other doctor has more expensive house than Cato) near the intersection I-10 and Highway 6.
