    That will change some when we get more content up.

    ima:

    We don't use a pit. We put our players right on stage so you can see them play. Mostly we've been working with the same core for about 11 years, but we add people all the time. Best way to get involved is to come to the shows and introduce yourself.

    Batman - question for you. Your pricing model is really interesting. What trends have you noticed since putting that "pay what you can" model in place? I'm assuming you used to have a fixed price for a ticket? Do you find that people generally pay more than they did with a fixed price, or are more people "cheaping out" and paying at a reduced rate since that's now an option?

    Don't like the design too much, but the content is what matters. Content is king. If I was to grade the design, I'd give it a 7 of 10. :eek:

    We're averaging right around our suggested ticket price and we're selling more tickets. Win/win. The best thing about it is that people are checking out our shows that wouldn't have before. It's easier to go see something you don't know you'll like at a reduced rate. They set the rate, love the show, come back and pay more. Presto change-o: new theatre fans.

    It really works because we were underselling our tickets before at a discount rate and people who can afford to are taking up the slack for those that can't.
