Many proposed deals involve Cuttino if he decides he wants to leave, but he will not be sign-and-traded! Why would he leave us? $MONEY$! If he is sign-and-traded, he is taking the max the Rockets can offer, but I'm confused because he'd be leaving only because he wants more. Do the math, if he leaves it will be outright, it's that simple.
