Cat Question

I think it could be that she smells like the dreaded VET, and so the other cats are staying away from her... I wouldnt worry until she is fully healed if they still wont accept her.

 

Not too sure, but they probably know the scent of the veterinarian clinic (or veterinarians in general) or something of that nature.

 

Smelly/sick p***y makes anybody run.

Cats are the spawn of satan anyway. I swear, I threw my roommate's cat off my bed at least 200 times tonight and she does not get the message.

 

I have the solution. Get dogs.

 

I concur. Give it time and all will be OK. It's probably good that they won't go near her for now. My vets made me keep my two female cats seperately for a period out of fear that they'd start playing and tear their sutures.

 

Spray bottle... you'll only have to get them once or twice before just picking up the bottle sends the message.
Or plan B... UPS package to Guam.

 

its the vet smell. they should act normal again after the smell wears off.

Yeah, it may be a little graphic. I'm sure the cat was okay, just a little dizzy.

 

Holy cow, is that real. I hate cats but I wouldn't want anybody to harm them and that looks like it would do just that.

 

Get more cats so that it will fit in with the others. 4 cats isn't enough

 

Everyone else has said it...it's the smell. Give them a couple days and it will be fine.

I don't know why you guys hate cats so much or any animals for that matter.

 

They probably really don't, but it makes you cool if you say you do. Especially on the internets.

 

I don't really hate them just not a cat person. Give me a dog over a cat anyday.

 

I Like cats. I just like dogs better. However i would love to have a cat. But i'm just an animal person.

 

Solution: Take all the other cats to the vet too. Then they won't have anything to complain about.
