The incident occurred with 2 minutes 54 seconds remaining in the first half of the Celtics' 111-100 victory. Rondo, who scored 12 points in the second quarter, was driving the lane when Cassell fouled him by hitting him across the face, knocking Rondo to the floor. Cassell was called for a flagrant foul, then ejected after officials reviewed videotape of the play. Cassell will serve the suspension tonight when the Clippers play the Raptors at Toronto.
