Rudy T has always had an impact player come off the bench. Cassell, Mobley, and Griffin this year have all made huge contributions off the bench, especially scoring. Griffin should be considered for 6th man of the year if he stays on the bench as he doing a wonderful job picking up the team. I see it as doubtful that Griffin will be on the bench next year. Who will be the spark plug next year? Moochie has done a decent job as a change of pace the past two years, but isn't the scorer of the above group, but may fill the role more so next year. KT will get some minutes, but has the same problem as Moochie. He's really not the added firepower that the above group brought considering Mo and Griffin play his position(s) as well and set the bar very high. Rice may be able to provide scoring punch if he can walk. I'd like him to be the big scorer off the bench like griffin now, but if he can play, he'll start. If he can't play, he won't play. TMo is still young and may get the start if Griffin and Mo T also start. He's not the ideal bench sparkplug. I see him playing a lot with MoT to counteract the rebounding drop. Tierre Brown....I like his style. Needs to be more refined. OT.....He's the most likely canidate if he can stop playing in Venzuela. Could provide a defensive and offensive spark to the three and a good change of pace to the two.
I´m from Venezuela, and a Rockets fan since Carl Herrera´s days. I don´t remember Carl playing here during his NBA career, and I don´t think Oscar is going to play (Too bad, it´s fun to watch him playing) However, this year is basketball World championship, and Oscar is a member of the Venezuela´s national team, obviously he´s going be selected to the team and play, that´s what Carl used to do, at least early in his career. And for the OT fan club, any charge that can be offered here in Venezuela?
