caught the end of the conversation. Had a talk with M.Williams bout the pressure of being #1 and that he shouldn't let the fans not wanting him to affect his ability to play. He also noted how he felt that the backlash of the fans wanting Vince Young and that he was going to get moved. He had a really impressive interview and Rome talked about how he has "it". It being the leadership and ability to carry himself on and off the field. Couldn't agree more. go carr.
Rome will give a BJ to any "high profile" athlete that gives him interviews. He's famous for his change in stance on Nascar. Not saying that Carr doesn't have "it", but if I'm a betting man I'd bet against right now!
yea, he's sucks up to every one of his interviewees...especially right after. he'll just read all the "good" emails that come in. once they **** up, he'll go right to bashing them until the next time they come in.
Rome is no different then Stern or Limbaugh. He is selling his show to his audience. Either you like it or you don't. Enough people must like it for him to stay on the air.
Hey "jungle karma", any karma will do just fine. This just in, despite some on here's best wishes, Carr is proving many a liar though early, he IS putting up some pretty good stats. Should he continue against Dallas, Jax and later at the Meadowlands vs NYG, then maybe we can conclude that all the so-called experts were high on bat sh*t and maybe, just maybe there is hope for Carr and ultimately the Texans overall. Just string some wins and watch how many experts are suddenly kissing his ass. Enough said.
collin cowherd (he'll pick hakeem over shaq any day) and dan patrick are both better than annoying ass rome

AJ had it stripped from his arms on a great defensive play.
No, I went through his numbers again and did some calculations, it still comes out to a 108.9 rating. I will recheck it again...
I thought that should have been ruled a fumble. Does anyone know the official rule on a play like that?
Ummm...frankly this is bs? How do you figure? Last I checked, Carr is playing well. Has been on the top spot as a QB in the NFL... Has those exact stats from NFL.com Has been one of the few bright spots on the team.....him and AJ. Carr hating has no end....
The guy could never be fairly judged untill he got some pass protection. However, many QB's like Peyton or Brady will throw the ball away before getting sacked. I've always thought Car could prevent a couple sacks a game if he would just throw the ball out of bounds. For that reason, i think his numbers here are a tad bit scewed.
No doubt it feels wierd.....but it feels GREAT. Now, if we can only get some run support, and run blocking. My god do our running backs suck at blocking....
