    This was how it was always going to happen. You don't bust on your NBA peers for their payday. Melo is backtracking to save face, but he could care less about Lin returning.

    I never liked melo. He needs to keep his mouth shut and play ball. Killing his own image by just talking too much.

    There has never been a contract like this in the NBA ...so it is rediculous.

    ...and of course he's gonna say I want my teammate back. A reporter asked him the question and he answered. What do you expect him to say? "I always hated that guy and I hope he rots in Houston". They are teammates. He says the PC thing, "I want him back".

    This is a non-story.

    I've heard many jokes on Felton from a popular website dedicated to sports, basically joking on his weight gain and and Fatmelo. If you say ridiculous things, it will come to haunt you back especially "Knicks will match up to a billion dollar offer." If your not really a bright guy, the best thing is silence. I don't think Lin has ever commented on his situation, except for his brief something like if I wasn't quoted then it is not true.
