HERES THE DEAL IN FEB OF 07 I REPLACED THE IGNITION MODUAL ALONG WITH ONE OF THE IGNITION COILS (THE PLACE WHERE THE SPARK PLUS CONNECT TO) IN MY BUICK PA SO TODAY MY CAR IS GIVING ME PROBLEMS ON THE FREEWAY AND IM GETTING NO POWER FROM MY ENGINE SO MY CAR KEEPS HESITATING WHEN IM TRYING TO GIVE IT GAS BUT IM NOT ABLE TO HIT OVER 40. I LOOK UNDER THE HOOD AND I TESTTHE COIL I REPLACED IN FEB AND ONE OF THE MEDAL THINGS (?) IS NOT SPARKING LIKE IT SHOULD BE!! SO I REPLACE THAT PART AGIN CAUSE I HAVE A YEAR WARRANTY ON IT. SO AFTER I REPLACE IT I CHECK IT AND EVERYTHING IS GOOD, AFTER DRIVING 30 MINTUES MY CAR STARTS TO HESITATE AGIN!!! SO I CHECK THAT SAME COIL (KEEP IN MIND THAT IT IS BRAND NEW CAUSE I REPLACED IT TODAY) AND ITS SETTING OFF NO SPARKS!!! MY QUESTION IS....IS IT POSSIBLE THAT THE SPARK PLUG OR THE SPARK PLUG WIRE IS KILLING THAT COIL? ALSO I DO NEED A SERIOUS TUNE UP. CAN SOMEONE PLEASE HELP? PLEASE

So you are getting a misfire? On my Ford Expedition it has been known to leak liquid( Coolant I think) onto the coil pack causing it to misfire. After replacing it, the problem will come back. Not sure if you are having the same problem I had. Is the Check Engine light on?

Is the check engine light on? Check to see if anything is leaking on the coil.

Only advice I got left is to bring it to a mechanic. If it misfires bad, the check engine light should start blinking meaning you need to take care of it. There might be leakage that you are not seeing like on my car. Tune up took care of my problem until I noticed the leak on my coil pack. The same one would get messed up and misfire again, but it's been taken care of and the car runs smooth now.

THE CAPS LOCK is on... and I can see by your username that you can type in lowercase...

    Please do.

And it sounds like a fluid leak of some sort. I had a starter coil that would get oil on it, and sometimes would not start. Funny thing was that it wouldn't start, after it was warm from a longer drive.

When it was cold the coils in the starter had dried off by then, and it would start up. But when hot, the engine's "blow-back" from a header leak caused an oil build-up (don't ask me exactly how, that was the mechanic's assessment), and then it would sometimes just not start again until it cooled and/or dripped dry.

At any rate, fixing the seal made the problem go away after I had replaced the starter twice...

In other words... it's probably just a trial and error type thing.

It is clearly a problem with the bypass line of the pfitzer valve.
