That's what he's good at. I know he was mentioned for just about every DC opening available at this point...except the Texans, of course.
He wasn't a bad head coach either, he was in bad situation. the more I look at the texans going forward from where they were, personnel was obviously their biggest issue. starting with trying to build a new franchise by drafting a qb first and ruining his career, to not solidifying your offensive line after drafting that qb, casserly did a terrible job.
Kubiak's regime went for Mario instead of Reggie or Vince or Leinart even. Looks like a strategy that pays off...
