After reading all the articles on Ming and hearing what the "experts" have to say about him, I have to believe the Rockets MUST draft this guy. Rockets will get unprecedented media coverage/publicity as an added bonus and I think our fans and THOUSANDS OF FUTURE FANS will have an INCREDIBLE interest and following. I'm going out on a limb right now- Ming will clearly have significant impact on the Rockets. The guy's offense will surely develop, hell, he's only 21 for crying out loud. We all know he can block shots and brings far more effort to the table than Cato/Taylor. Imagine Griffin and Ming blocking 8 shots a night (insane!!) while Francis/Cat dominate the backcourt. I think this is almost a once in a lifetime opportunity - if we pass him up, it better be miraculously for Garnett (forget McDyess/Jamison/Odom). Rockets fans - hear me now - "With the first pick in the 2002 NBA draft, the Houston Rockets select Yao Ming!"
