Can we pick up Karl Malone?

    I was just reading how Utah's going to be retooling with or without Malone on ESPN website. While Sloan seems to be coming back, I would hate for Malone to end his career on a "rebuilding" team much like Hakeem was doing... especially given that Malone can STILL play.

    I don't know the salary situation of the Rockets, but does it seem likely that the Rockets will make a push for Karl Malone?

    There are half a dozen other threads about this subject.
    1. Malone wants to go where he will win a championship.
    2. We have the 4.5 mil MCE to spend.
    It's not going to happen.

    Hopefully never.No one doubts his skill level and fitness but he flops,kicks, and uses his elbows to intimidate people.He will either end up back in Utah or with another team which has a good chance of winning a championship.
