Can we get Kwami Brown or tyson chandler in a rockets uniform please

that's what it seems like, but you really don't know whats going in the background...you really think a Kwami Brown or Tyson Chandler will change this team for the better. Ok, they might be better complements to Yao, but they come from losing teams that don't know how to win. Besides that, why would Chicago and Washington trade players for anyone on the Houston roster.

We'll just have to wait and see what CD does, but like everyone else on the board, we all see that due to a serious lack of interior defense and rebound production, a move is imminent.

 

I LOVE Tyson Chandler. I hate that fact that he's always injured. But I have a hunch that he may have less injury problems if he's on a winning team.

Chandler's a hard worker with athleticism who takes pride in his D. He doesn't have a lot of offensive skill, but he gets some put backs. He reminds me a bit of a younger, taller Kenyon Martin (VERY bad hands, though).

Pass on Kwame. He's got a lot of talent but he just doesn't seem to care. If MJ and Doug Collins destroyed his confidence, imagine what JVG would do.

 

I think Chandler is out of consideration the way he is playing right now. Even if the Bulls look to trade him, his trade value is way too high for what the Rockets could ever offer.

Brown might be an answer but only if they would take either MoT or Howard in return. The Wiz do need a guy who can score in the post. Howard & Kwame are getting payed the same amount only Juwon is 4 years longer but Howard has been a consistent scorer on the block his whole career.

K. Brown would be the guy the Rockets should go after if they want a young, athletic big man to play next to Yao. He has been kind of in the dog house and is a free agent after the season so the Wiz might look to get something for him. I would hope that they would be able to get rid of an existing PF either in this or a seperate deal, otherwise we would add to an already pile of PFs on the roster.

 

We need an enforcer not a finesse power foward.We need a young Mo Lucas,Charles Oakley or an Otis Thorpe I don't see where Tyson or Kwame would fix our problems.

we can't. before we get the PF that we need, we have to get rid of one of these guys.

CD is trying to make room at that position, but do you know how hard it is to find a team that wants them? its impossible. nobody does. so it looks like a bunch of nothing.

 

Questions: What exactly do we have to offer for Chandler or Brown that would make either team consider trading with us?

Answer: Nothing we are willing to give up.

 

When Spurs get Malone and layoff Horry, ROX would get Horry from Spurs. That's what JVG has been expecting. In one and half year when JVG took the head coach position, ROX has become a retired NBA team. Unbelievable.

 

I really don't think Kwame is going to get much better than he is (a disappointment), so getting him would not do much to help this team. With him, I believe what you see is what you get, occasional flashes of potential brilliance followed by long stretches of mediocrity or less.

I believe the Rockets would be better served by getting a bruiser type 4 to compliment the offensive minded games of Mo T. or J. Howard.

 

Tyson Chandler is finally showing up this year and showing what he was capable of doing along with Curry. I highly doubt they are going to shop those guys around right now. They are really young and still getting better.
